Hi-tech help us from beginning thru the end , when was introduced to us by Tip top company. Christina came and gave ideas what need to be done to restore our water damaged home. Carlos (field manager) helped us understand detail and timeline also insur issue , thru the whole project he gave several good tips, small details which I feel benefit for me and last day before project is done , he sent crew to fix molding to get the completed outstanding project. Federick (field manager) help us to find products from customer idea for reasonable prices , follow through every detail. Bae is excellent in daily communication, understand the needs of customer.
